# BlueRadios DIP module not receiving serial data

Hello, I recently purchased a Blueradios DIP module and was able to hook it up correctly and send commands from a PC. The problem is that I am trying to receive serial data from a PIC (which I am able to do with a connected cable), but am unable to do so going from PIC to Bluetooth to PC.

I am connecting the TX from the PIC to the RX of the DIP module, but nothing is received when I put the module into data mode.

Is there anyone else who has experience in using the bluetooth module to replace a serial cable?
