Connecting sensor to PC i2c to USB

I want to connect SparkFun Optical Tracking Odometry Sensor (OTOS) to windows PC.
Can and how do I connect the OTOS to CH341A via i2c then connect CH341A to PC via USB-A?
Or is there better i2c to USB hardware?

AFAIK the UART pins (IO9&10) are for updating firmware and the default i2c is the only available connection as-is; you’ll want/need to connect to an MCU via qwiic or standard i2c wiring
