Dear Support Team,

I’m writing to report an issue with two products I recently purchased that do not appear to be functioning as expected.

The items are:

  • MyoWare 2 Muscle Sensor (SKU: DEV-27924)

  • Disposable Surface EMG/ECG/EKG Electrodes – 24mm (10 pack) (SKU: SEN-1296)

After setting up the sensor according to the provided documentation, I have been unable to obtain any reliable or consistent signal output. I’ve tried multiple configurations and ensured that all connections are secure. I also tested with fresh electrodes from the pack, but the issue persists, which makes me suspect the sensor or electrodes may be defective.

To troubleshoot, I have:

  • Verified wiring and power supply

  • Tested with multiple electrodes

  • Ensured proper placement and skin preparation

Despite these steps, the sensor does not respond as expected.

Could you please advise on next steps? I would appreciate guidance on troubleshooting, and if necessary, information on a replacement or refund.

Can you share a photo of the setup while in-use? You don’t need to actually place the sticky electrodes, you can just set it where they are/were during

How is the unit being powered? What are you seeing @ the serial output?
