Hello, I can no longer write firmware to my SparkFun Thing Plus Matter - MGM240P board with SimplicityStudio v5. It worked fine before. Could you please help me troubleshoot? Regrads Order number: 8656612 Order date: Tuesday, March 28, 2023 ---

Does it still show up as a COM port when plugged in? Try swapping cables/usb ports and verify that 5v is being delivered @ the usb cable end ---

What was previously flashed onto it? It sounds like it worked before, what changed? Also ensure the EFR32xxxxxxxx file is the correct one for your board ---

This boad is not working since SimplicityStudio v5 update it at the end of 2023. I had flashed an example of a Matter lightbulb in SimplicityStudio and it was working fine before that. ---

Might try going back to the previous, working version of SimplicityStudio? ---

One thing to try: use Commander app to completely. erase the board.
