What basic GPS modules do you recommend for a basic GPS project, and how much do they cost.

My Students in my Networking class have opted to do a GPS project and need the modules.

Hello rjack58, and thanks for your post!

For a basic GPS module, I’d recommend the [[GP-20U7](https://www.sparkfun.com/products/13740). They work great and are less than $20.00.

Hope this helps!]([GPS Module - GP1818MK (56 Channel) - GPS-19166 - SparkFun Electronics](https://www.sparkfun.com/products/13740))
