Help with what I need for the Myoware 2 Muscle Sensor

Hello, I have some questions about the MyoWare 2 Muscle sensor I was hoping you guys could help me out with. I was planning to use the sensor to conduct a study for a class but I am unsure of the specific equipment I would be needing to conduct my experiment. I know there are various components that are each sold separately (Cable shield, Led Shield, ect) and I don’t know what I need to have the sensor function effectively. If this helps, the experiment will be testing whether or not grip width of an exercise (Lat Pulldowns) plays a role in muscle activation. I was planning on testing each lat on each side of the back so would I need two? I was also curious whether you can tune the sensor’s sensitivity down to activate under higher levels of flexing. Would I need a computer program to log data? Thank you so much for the help.

In theory you can do this with one sensor…you’d just place it on the desired muscle section and perform your various pulldown grips while logging the data. You can log to a laptop, phone, or to a microcontroller with an SD card

You can grab the wireless kit and be sure to check out its hookup guide for a run-down of how they are used.

You’ll probably want extra electrode pads to be able to test multiple areas or multiple times

If you want to test 2 different groups simultaneously you’d need 2 muscle sensors
