Sparkfun is much more open than other companies when problems come up because it doesn’t really hurt them to be open.
Other companies that have millions or even billions on the line and have competitors waiting to take advantage when something gets delayed have to be careful and usually won’t tell anyone when they run into issues.
It’s like sharks smelling blood in the water. Show weakness and someone will take advantage.
I think we’re just going to have to be patient, im sure it’s getting worked on and will eventually get fixed.
