# Issue with connecting ZED-F9P GPS modules

Hello,

I am working with ZED-F9P using ESP32. I am using the \<SparkFun\_u-blox\_GNSS\_Arduino\_Library.h\> library. I have 2 of these GPS modules but one connects after 30 seconds and the other starts giving data after 30 minutes! And before that it reports zero values.

I would appreciate if you could help me.

Have you tried swapping the antennas & locations to rule those out as suspects? Are they connected the same way with the same power supplies and whatnot?

Yes, I have tested both with the same power, antenna, and locations. But I still have this problem.

Are they using the exact same power/hookup scheme?

I meant to swap the antennas from one board to the other; if none of that works it is likely defective… Was it purchased from us? If so head over to [www.sparkfun.com/returns](http://www.sparkfun.com/returns) (contact vendor if purchased elsewhere) and we’ll get ya squared away
