# Logomatic2 start up problem

Hi,

I have 12 Logomatic2 boards, 10 are working ok, but 2 doesn´t work.

The problem is related to USB connection:

Board 1: windows XP detects the board but it doesn´t find the driver. (UNKNOW DEVICE)

Board 2: windows doesn´t detect the board at all.

It´s the same PC with the same USB cable and the same SD card that work OK on the oder 10 boards. I haven´t change the firmware at all.

Any help?

PD for sparkfun: you must update and improve documentation, it´s very poor…
