LoRa Com Port Connection

We are observing intermittent COM port disconnections on the LoRa link. One endpoint is connected to a PC with power-saving features disabled, and the other endpoint is connected to a Linux SoC board.

Any advise on the possible causes of COM port disconnections? Additionally, is there any setting that can help maintain a persistent COM port connection?
