MicroMod Mainboard Single with PoE - too much current on LiPo charger

Hi,

as we use the Mainboard Single along with the (discontinued) PoE extension board - we noticed an issue in the mainboard design and like to share that with you, so in case you want to update the mainboard:

When the PoE adapter is connected and supplys the mainboard with power, the LiPo charging port and the pinouts next to it (VBATT/GND) have a current of 4,7V. When powered the board with USB, its 3,3V.

So basically a connected LiPo battery would be charged with 4,7V which would be outside the limit of 4,2V. The battery will be damaged or even start to burn.

(We took the schematics for both boards, and prepared them for production directly at PCBWay, since the PoE board is discontinued).

Much appreciated! Good work
