I’ve been doing some reading and watching videos about Arduino and would like to get started learning/building/experimenting…

I’ve been an amateur radio operator for 19 years and also have assembled many Ramsey kits and Velleman kits over the years. So tinkering with electronics is not new to me but I want to step it up a notch.

I just don’t know where to get started. There’s multiple sellers on the web selling “starter kits” and they all seem different. I’d like to start as if I’ve never used a soldering iron before and move quickly into programming or or interfacing with Raspberry Pi or Windows .

please help

I recommend browsing through the SIK (Sparkfun Inventor’s Kit) guide, which is linked to at the bottom of those pages. There are a lot of good resource links on those pages.
