I have an Arduino Uno Rev 3 with a Qwiic Shield (DEV-14352) attached and was successfully able to retrieve the address of a SparkFun Triple Axis Accelerometer (SEN-14587) over Qwiic.

However, when I try to scan the I2C address of the Sparkfun Qwiic Keypad (COM-15290), the serial output shows that nothing is connected.

I used the same port and cable for both the Accelerometer and the Keypad yet only the accelerometer works.

Any idea what might cause this or how to fix it?

It might be a bad keypad. ☹
