Port lock error when activating P2P (ppp connection) on mosaic-x5

In version 4.14, I still cannot establish a connection. Could you please advise on how to configure it?

I am sorry, the only information we have on P2PP is that contained in the Firmware Reference Guide.

We did ask Septentrio about P2PP and the port lock issue, but the reply we received was not helpful:

With the latest firmware, ports and interfaces are locked with the new security feature that requires login credentials. After creating their credentials, can they ensure they are logged into the receiver prior to port activity?

Can they send the login command first as explained in section 1.3 of the firmware reference guide.
