Title says it all. 100 PIN/64 Pin TQFP breakout board with a PIC32MX pre-soldered to it. Currently, I’m left to mess up my soldering, which has only resulted in broken 'chips.

SparkFun already sells the UBW32 - is there something about it which doesn’t suit your needs? It may be exactly what you’re looking for-
