# Qduino Mini COM port not found

I cant upload code to the Qduino Mini. I have added the board to the Arduino IDE and installed the drivers. Is this board faulty?

Try swapping ports/cables, or if possible a different PC…also confirm the signed drivers are in the folder specified here [Qduino Mini Quickstart Guide - Hackster.io](https://www.hackster.io/team-qtechknow/qduino-mini-quickstart-guide-8b2d68?ref=platform&ref_id=6047_trending___&offset=0)

If those don’t get it to appear - Was it purchased from us? If so head over to [Return Policy - SparkFun Electronics](http://www.sparkfun.com/returns) (contact vendor if purchased elsewhere) and we’ll get ya squared away
