# Raspberry Pi 500 not starting up

I purchased a Raspberry Pi 500 and an appropriate power supply but when I plugged it into a monitor it just wouldn’t boot up. I’m interested in returning it now.

Is the SD card inserted? What’s being shown on the monitor?
