RTK ETK WiFi Setup

I have recently gotten an RTK EVK and am unable to get it to connect to WIFI. I am able to connect to the RTK Config WIFI, and input the SSID and Password of multiple WIFI networks. Unfortunately, the EVK will not connect to any of these networks, despite all networks being 2.4 GHz compatible. I have checked on the forums but can not find anything that was of use. What is the next steps to getting this resolved?

Shouldn’t be anything else - does your network require whitelisting?

Can you test it with ethernet? Do you happen to know what firmware version you’re running?

All the networks I have attempted using do not require whitelisting.

I have not tested with ethernet. The ZED-F9P firmware is HPG 1.32 ID: 2B412210DB

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do not have access to ethernet so resolving this wifi issue is pertinent

Hi Seamus (@Seamus_Smith ),

Apologies for the slow response. (You posted this in “Other” which makes it easy to miss. I will move it to the GPS / GNSS category to make it easier to find.)

Please check that you are using the latest version of the RTK Everywhere firmware. Version 3.2 is available, and there are more recent Release Candidate (Beta) releases available too. If you are not able to update over WiFi, please give the GUI or SD methods a try.

Also, please check you have the WiFi / BT antenna connected to the correct port.

I hope this helps,
Paul
