# Scoreboard project

Hi guys,

Has anyone made a scoreboard with SparkFun components?

I have an idea of the components I need and I think I can manage the sw part, but I’m less than green about electronics!

Made a clock with giant digits with large digit driver boards and 12 volt LED tape that I cut up and made 7 segment displays with.

I didn’t use the sparkfun example code for the digits, I used an arduino example for driving 7 segment displays with shift registers. (The large digit drivers are just high power shift registers. )
