Hi @chappelled,

Please make sure you are using the correct binary. For the Red (SparkFun) OpenLog Artemis, please use the OpenLog_Artemis-V10-v20.bin firmware. OpenLog_Artemis-X04-v20.bin is for the Black (SparkX) version.
