The equipment shows the coordinates, the problem is that the screen does not turn on and I cannot enter to reset through CONFIG ESP32.

It shows me this message:

rst:0x10 (RTCWDT\_RTC\_RESET),boot:0x13 (SPI\_FAST\_FLASH\_BOOT)

Try updating the firmware via these instructions [https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/sp … tomization](https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/sparkfun-rtk-express-hookup-guide#firmware-updates-and-customization) - it might be helpful to check the “enter safe mode” option on the firmware configuration menu/screen

Thanks for your help, but I already tried it and it won’t let me enter the options menu.
