Got a new Sparkfun, charged it up, but no pwer up at all. Blank screen. Any troubleshooting Ideas I can do? ---

It might be a loose display cable (the fact that it charged makes me think the battery is hooked up, but its connection might be worth checking as well), or perhaps a dead button Does the unit respond to the power button while plugged in? If you’re handy [you can open the unit and confirm the cables/connectors (particularly the display/front area) are fully seated](https://docs.sparkfun.com/SparkFun_RTK_Firmware/repair/#opening-facet) ---

I see the Battery Charge light, Im oing to open it and check the cables ---

I guess we purchased it from DIGI key. Can I still go through you or do I need to contact them? ---

Create a sparkfun account (on our main website), be sure to put in your address/shipping info for the account. Then click the link above to fill out the forum for an RMA (put “1” as the order #), you can also link/reference this thread…and we’ll get a new display sent out ASAP! ---
