I am working in Eagle and want to use the Teensy 4.0 with USB Host capabilities.

My plan is to use the Teensy 4.0 footprint from the library at [GitHub - eagleman1022/Eagle-Library-Teensy: This repository holds the Eagle Cad library for the Teensy 3.6 and newer. There may be more than one version of each device to better facilitate varying usage. · GitHub](https://github.com/eagleman1022/Eagle-Library-Teensy) and delete the pins I am not using (leaving only the 14 pins on each side and the pins for USB Host D+ and D-).

Here are my questions:

- Can someone confirm that the D+ and D- pins in the footprint in Eagleman’s library file are placed appropriately for pogo pin connection to the D+ and D- pads on the Teensy 4.0?

- Is the spacing between the D+ and D- pads 1.8 mm?

- Is the location and dimensions of the D+ and D- pads documented anywhere on the PJRC or sparkfun pages?

- Can anyone identify the pogo pins this footprint was designed for? The drill seems just a little small for the Mill Max pogos I looked at.

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

There’s some spacing info here [Teensy Dimension and Size](https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/dimensions.html) and you can use the 4.0 files here too [Eagle CAD libraries for use with Teensy USB development boards](https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/eagle_lib.html) - the pad sizes and such are viewable in the pcb file; [D+/- are listed here as well](https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/schematic.html)

As for the eagleman-specific questions you might have more luck posting the PJRC forum [Teensy Forum](https://forum.pjrc.com/index.php) or comparing them with the others above
