The BatchPCB rules are “Any size up to 10x15”, measured

in inch increments".

I expected to only need smallish boards, but something

I’m working on would push the PCB size larger.

Currently I have fabbed a couple of 4 x 6 (24 sq in)

PCBs, which cost around eighty bucks each through

BatchPCB.

Has anyone used this service for larger single PCBs?

For bigger boards I usually just get a panel made at GoldPheonix. BatchPCB becomes expensive when you want a couple of larger boards, probably more expensive than a 650sq. cm panel at GP ($89)

Same here. BPCB is great for onesees and twosees of small boards like breakouts or simple prototypes. Anything bigger than 2"x2", I just get a whole $89 batch done through Gold Phoenix. 9 out of 10 times, anything bigger than 2"x2" is somthing I intend to sell eventually. If I get lucky on my first run, I end up with a batch of usable, sellable boards 😃
