I read somewhere that the latest firmware for the Sparkfun ZED-F9T Timing Breakout was TIM 2.20 but my new unit has TIM 2.01 installed. I have filled out the project form required by u-blox. How do I request the latest firmware?

Head here [https://www.u-blox.com/en/product/zed-f … -resources](https://www.u-blox.com/en/product/zed-f9t-module?legacy=Current#Documentation-&-resources) and scroll down, and click ‘Documentation and Resources’, then click on the “Product Change Note” section and use the provided links 🙂

I looked at the pdf files for the “Product Change Note.” How do I request the firmware file? There are no firmware updates shown for the F9T but there is one available for the F9P. I know I can’t use the F9P firmware in my F9T.

I already filled out the project form for u-blox. How can I contact u-blox tech support to sign the NDA and get the new firmware?

I created a support case at [https://portal.u-blox.com/s/contactsupport](https://portal.u-blox.com/s/contactsupport). I’ll update here if I get the new firmware.

After exchanging a couple of emails with support they emailed the firmware and a couple of pdf’s with info on the new firmware. I flashed it but I can’t get the receiver in TIME fix mode.
