2148 proto board problems with ISP and JTAG.

I’m trying to bring up a gnu tool chain I have had working for my 2124 board on a new 2148 board.

However; the lpc21isp program fails when talking to the 2148 where it works for the 2124. Additionally the wiggler JTAG can attach and dump registers on the 2124 but not the 2148.

I did a quick search of the archives and failed to find any similar issues so I’m posting this in hopes of getting some advice.

I’ve just tested it using the Windows isp utility “Flash Magic” and it cannot read the device signature no matter who I set the jumpers.

returns an error "Operation Failed. (failed to autobaud - step 1)

I’ve tried both 9600 and 38400.

The 2148 board might be faulty. There is no reason why the Wiggler shouldn’t work, or the ISP, otherwise, provided the jumpers are set correctly.
