We have two 303D rework stations; they have different airflow.
Question. Is it possible to adjust the airflow? I’d like to reduce the airflow on one unit as in its lowest setting still blow SMD parts off the PCB.

Hmmm…you might be able to drill a tiny hole in the nozzle portion an an additional outlet, or rig up using a larger nozzle as ways to offload pressure… or maybe zip tie the air pump’s outlet tube to decrease flow?
Thank you, I thought about the zip tie method. Will try.
Is there not an airflow adjustment knob on your station? The ones on the website show a knob.
There is a knob on the front, but its lowest setting still puts out enough air to blow small smd parts around. There are no pots on the inside.
A larger diameter nozzle might help.
