Hi there,
Can somebody suggest some good tweezers for picking up small parts such as 0402 or even 0201. I have a good steel one. It is supposed to be non-magnetics but sometimes small parts such as 0402 stick with it. I am looking for a non-sticky one. Thanks

May I suggest the [Lindstrom ones?
Their [SMD tweezers are wonderfully made and after choosing this producer I have never had to replace them!
Surely they are not cheap but it is worth their value!
Just as an example, take a look at their TL SM101-SA and TL SM-102-SA: very useful for doing some reworking. This kind of tweezers is difficult to be found on other producer’s catalogs…

You can partially solve your problem frequently cleaning your tweezers with a solvent like Isopropyl alcohol (IPA): some residual flux can remain on the tips and behave like some glue…](http://www.lindstromtools.com/pdf/Catalog_2005/Tweezers_and_Sets.pdf)](http://www.lindstromtools.com/index.htm)
Erem makes very good tweezers (Swiss-made). I’ve got a pair that are specifically made for small SMD parts. They are expensive.
I have one of [these that I like. I like the fairly inexpensive hand tools because when (not ‘if’) i do something silly and wreck them, I don’t feel too bad about chucking them and getting another one.](http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail&name=243-1053-ND)
