I’m kinda new to this, can someone explain how to connect it to an Arduino UNO?

At first glance it’s not going to be easy. The device you bought is a module that plugs onto a Propellor Platform not an Arduino. As it says on the product page “it’s like an Arduino platform but …” so I wouldn’t expect pin to pin compatability. I haven’t checked to be sure but I don’t think that the pin spacing is even the same.
