Arduino Pro Mini with IMU and Zigbee!!!

Hi there,

i’m a student and want to write my thesis about Arduino. My idea is to create an intelligent Brick wich you can rotate in space free/wireless in all direction and the pc should read the data from the brick about wireless communication. My problem is that my prototype is only 35 x 35 mm (1.38 x 1.38 inches) small and i have to pull all hardware in there.

I want to take the Arduino Pro Mini and a Inertial Measurement Unit like the “Ultimate IMU” because it is small and have also an XBee header for the ZigBee!

But the Ultimate IMU’s

Control is provided through an LPC2148 processor

What do you think? Could it work with the Arduino Nano? Or another idea or experience about combination of Arduino and Inertial Measurement Units?

Thanks

Belushi
