Where did you get the Arduino Uno from? links?

Where did you get the Arduino Uno from? links?

got it from a local store

Is it a genuine Arduino, or a clone?

Did you try other USB ports? Consider the steps in this guide:

https://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/ArduinoUno#toc3

I guess it is a clone coz it does not have arduino logo on it.

Did it have any program on it when you first applied power? Blink sketch should be on it normally.

Blink sketch was there on it.

I installed ch340 chip software , Windows detected it.

But after uploading one sketch. ,it is now showing as unknown device.

Now what should i do?

Can you make a screenshot of your device manager? And unfold any Maybe the serial port is there under a different name. In the menu of device manager there is also the option to show hidden devices. I currently do not have an arduino device attached but I can see it once was through that option.
