Arduino uno with ESP8266 ESP-12e

I have an arduino uno r3 and the ESP8266 ESP-12e.

I want to send 2 numbers from my arduino to my laptop located a few miles away .

Can you please tell me how to do this ?

I recently purchased the StemTera breadboard with the Arduino Uno compatible set up. I was wondering if Sparkfun or StemTera made a similar board with an Arduino Mega, memory and processing power, and pin set up breadboard.
