Some JTAG interfaces use something like 74HCT14 scmitt trigger to interface to target, and would be able to handle a 5 volt target system. I am wondering if someone has interfaced this simple parallel-port ARM-JTAG with a 5v target. I only see where it supports up to 3.6v, but I wonder how I can adapt it.
Freescale has this cool little [low-cost ARM7 EVB for automotive which is a 5v system. I can add a JTAG header to fool around with, but don’t want to spend so much more for the ARM-USB-OCD which does say it handles 5v targets.](Automotive, IoT & Industrial Solutions | NXP Semiconductors)
