Can anyone help, how to configure the pin PC4/ ADC14 for stm32f103rbt6 in STM32-H103 board.
i need connect the PC thro virtual comport port, but i get some problems.
Any sample code could help.

Have you trouble “talking” between PC and USB on the STM32?
Kindly describe/detail.
Same for PC4/ADC14.
Have you read product data-sheet and current RM0008?
