Artemis Nano GPIO Current capacity

I couldn’t find th current capacity of the GPIO’s for the Nano, does anyone know.

Check Table 1143 of the datasheet

It seems to suggest 16 mA if you are using GPIO or 50 mA if you use the special power switch modes of some pins
