Artemis RedBoard is open source or not, I need its PCB design

Hi,

I am working on a project, where I am using Artemis RedBoard, now my plan is to design its custom PCB as its a product and I want to reduce the size of the overall board.

So, my question is: like Arduino boards, is this board is also open source? IF yes, can someone please send a link to its PCB design?
