I need to get some PCB’s made that use the attiny MLF packages, so they’re dinky. I can cut them at home just fine but i want the mask etc,a nd it takes me a while.
any suggestions, the pins are sub 8mil.

Our fab house cuts the pcb’s for you, the 8 mil pins will be no problem either.
What makes you say that? The pins are 0.5mm pitch, so a footprint with 8mil track / space rules shouldn't be a problem...charliex:

thanks for posting. I went back and compared my pin layout to the MLF24 attiny24 sparkfun lib and noticed those pins were fatter, which i would have thought i’d have pin to pin clearance issues with since the sparkfun DRC said so on the ones i was using which are thinner. I used the avr-6.lbr attiny23. After fattening up the pins and though i got drc issues, it passed the batchpcb bot, where’d it’d been failing on the previous footprints for being too thin and not clearance.
cheers.
