Autonomous Robot

Have 4 wheel skid steer 95 lbs robot with surface futaba radio and sabertooth 2x32 driver looking to make it run autonomously with map to plot waypoints something similar to the below link. We would also like the radio to work when not on a mission the motor on our robot do not have encoders

What components would i need to purchase Pixhawk 4 flight controller ? Autopilot ? Mission planner?
