I am working on a project and as part of the project we have to send a wireless signal from one module to another. I have a transmitter that is generating a 3MHz signal. I just need a proof of concept so I just need to get the receiver to detect the signal reliably at a distance of a couple of feet. A group member has tried to design a receiver that is just a long wire feeding a passive bandpass filter, but it isn’t giving a reliable result even after I have added a op-amp to amplify the signal from the antenna. Can anyone give some advice on a very rugged design that we can implement to be able to send our signal a couple of feet away, if so I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
