bi-directional communciation with Kondo KHR2 rcb3-J controll

Hi

I am new to this site. I have search the internet but cannot find anything that can allow me to send and receive data between Kondo KRH2 rcb3-j board and the PC or PS2 via bluetooth.

Can anyone please advise?
