Hello,
can anyone tell me why the fingerprint module GT-521FX2 is heating too much? And after heating it gets hang means no finger detection. I’m giving 5VDC supply to module and using UART.
These really seem to work best when powered at 3.3 volts.
Try switching from 5V to 3.3V and see if that helps.
