Bluetooth help BlueSMiRf

Hi,

I just bought:

  1. Bluetooth Modem - BlueDongle USB (Supposed to be a bluetooth REVEICER)

  1. Bluetooth Modem - BlueSMiRF RP-SMA (Supposed to be a bluetooth SENDER)

My idea is to use a PICAXE to output serial data to the SENDER. So that the RECIEVER prints the text on my laptop.

My questions:

1 . Are these the correct parts to accomplish what Im trying?

  1. Hyperterminal connects to my USB-bluetooth modem, and I am able to connect to the RECEIVER. But after I connect (pressing $$$, then C ) I cant input any more commands. How do I make this pairing permanent? And Should I be able to se TX data on my laptop now ?

Just to illustrate:

[PICAXE SERIAL OUTPUT]->[BlueSMiRF(SENDER)] <~wireless~> [BlueDongle USB(RECEIVER)]->LAPTOP COM port.
