Hi,
I bought the Bluetooth module around Nov 2006 and never used it until now which is my fault for not testing it when I received it. Anyways, I powered up the module with 3.3V and I am not able to detect it at all with USB Bluetooth modules. I bought a USB-BT module (specifically, TRENDnet TBW-101UB) just to test it and had no luck. I also tried a friend’s USB-BT module (don’t remeber model) with the same result.
For some reason, I am able to detect it on my Nokia 6620 and also on my friend’s SonyEricsson BT-enabled phone. I cannot pair with it, since the phones only allow numeric-pass entry (cannot type “default”).
Anyone have any idea what might be the problem?
