Can't order 10 PCBs ...

I’m trying to place an order with 10 units of one of my pcbs, and each time I click on checkout, it returns to 1 unit …

Here’s something you can try: Click UPDATE QUANTITY before checking out. This saves the changes you’ve made.

Already done … didn’t change anything.

[EDIT] Will go directly with Gold Phoenix this time.

Strange…I double checked, and it’s working fine here. Try a different browser? But then, for 10 boards, you might be better off at GF directly as you said. Good luck!

I had the same problem with ordering 5 PCBs, the update quantity box would reset to zero after progressing to the next stage of checkout. In the end I had to just add the design to the cart 5 times to make it stick.

Using Chrome 5.0.375.70

Maybe it is the same issue … I was using Chrome too when I had this problem.

It doesn’t really matter, this time GP will take care of it (I hope) : 119$ for 94 PCBs including shipping to France and double sided silk, normally shipped the 5th day, delivered the 8th working day.

Things are getting one step bigger for me :wink:
