Can't reach Amontec, has anyone dealt with them lately?

Hi,

Has anyone dealt with Amontec in the last few weeks? I placed an order a week or two ago for a JTAG programmer, and haven’t heard a thing from them. No confirmation e-mail, they haven’t charged my credit card, and I can’t reach them by phone (I do have the online receipt though, I know the order was palced). I’ve sent a few e-mails their way but haven’t heard a thing. There’s nothing on their site to indicate they’re on vacation or anything.

I’m starting to get worried at this point, I’d hate to order the Olimex USB JTAG and have them charge me once they find my order.

He finally replied to my e-mails. I won’t go into too much detail as to why it took so long. My JTAG programmer is on the way and that’s all I care about.
