I think you need to phrase your question in the form of a question.
Perhaps you could describe what you’re doing, the perceived problem and what you mean by “array speed”. Or why [delay() is somehow not the answer to the vague problem you’ve almost stated.](http://arduino.cc/en/Reference/Delay)
