I have a board that is 1.0" x 0.85" and I want to order 10 pcs. Do I enter 1 or 10 for the Quantity?
Quote From Sparky:
If you need 4 copies of one board, pay for the overall usage, submit one zip file, and indicate in the email that you would like 4 copies.
So enter 10 (for your total of 10 sq in) in quantity…that’s what you’ll pay for. Send your files (which describe your 1.0 x 0.85 board) and include a .txt file stating you need 10 copies of the board. (or simply state the quantity your e-mail when you send in the files)

Yep that works, did it myself with my first order.
Nathan also said you can mannually panelize the boards to some extent. Ie, stick your 10 boards together on the same document, with a 30mil mimimum gap, and you’ll only pay for ~1x9 inches…
