Connecting a Lithium Ion Battery to the GPS-RTK2 Board - ZED-F9P

I am planning on powering a SparkFun GPS-RTK2 Board - ZED-F9P (Qwiic) (and also SparkFun Thing Plus - ESP32 WROOM (USB-C)) with an external USB C powerpack.

It appears that I only need to provide the USB C power to the GPS-RTK2 Board and the Thing Plus board can get its power from the Qwiic cable. Is this correct?

I think I need to also use a Lithium Ion Battery - 1Ah to keep the rover running while I switch out the USB C powerpack. I am not sure how to connect the Lithium Ion Battery to the GPS-RTK2 Board. Is this connected using two pins of the Qwiic cable?

You can either from either over qwiic; the WROOM has a lipo port…I’d say hook up USB-C power bank to WROOM and lipo to WROOM and it’ll switch to lipo power when you swap the bank

TS,

Thank you. I ended up purchasing the SparkFun RTK Express Kit which has both the GPS-RTK2 Board and the ESP32 WROOM.
