Custom Part in EAGLE -- export from a *.brd and *.sch?

I’m trying to export a custom package from an existing board layout / schematic in EAGLE. It’s the package for the PixArt camera in the front of the WiiMote.

I found a layout using this sensor here:

Where the download containing the eagle files can be found here:

However, there was no library I could download. Only the schematics and the board layout – can I export the package from the existing files into a library? When I check the properties of the wii camera inside the EAGLE files I see the following (as attached).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Nevermind – I figured out how to export the OWN.lbr included inside these files with the use of the exp-project-lbr.ulp .
