Design a circuit board

Working with Mac-n-Mee I have come up with a design for a project that is based on the Pro Mini. The project also uses the Sparkfun capacitance breakout board, a roller ball switch and hall sensor and 4 LEDs. The LEDs have to fit into an existing device but I have lots of room to place the circuitry for the Pro Mini, capacitance circuit and other connection.

Is there a resource that would design the board based on my breadboard? It it is really expensive, I could probably figure it out myself but I just don’t have the time (this is a volunteer effort and life is getting in the way).

Appreciate any comments on how I can get to the end.

Sure, lots of people here can do it. Maybe ask Mee-n-Mac if he’s interested. However, I think you’re jumping the gun a bit. Build your breadboard, test it, work out the bugs and then start thinking about making a PC board. Doing it the other way is a recipe for sky high costs.

Thanks for the comments. You are right, First I do need to make a small board maybe 4mm x 12mm with solder holes at one end and a TO92 format hall sensor at the other end. There is no way I can prototype that and I can’t test the breadboard design without that board as that is the only away to get the hall sensor into position. I am hoping to do that this weekend if I don’t get sucked up racking leaves.

If all the board has is a sensor and two holes to connect it to a cable, why not solder the sensor directly to the cable? If it needs to be held in a certain position, stick it in a pen barrel or something.
